SHIPPING POLICY
We are based in Sydney, Australia and we deliver our products around Australia. We use Australia Post Express and the Courier Service, Sendle. With Australia Post Express, most orders are delivered to your door within 2 business days and Sendle takes about 4 business days. We offer Express Engraving services to get your order finished the same day or the next day (even on weekends!)

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day peace of mind period, where if you find your product is not to your satisfaction we will replace or refund your item. After this time we offer a 3-year extended warranty on all our products. If you have any problems with your order please don't hesitate to contact us and we will resolve your issue.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept PayPal, All types of Credit or Debit Cards, Cash on Pickup, Direct Bank Transfer and Stripe Payments. For bulk orders, we issue an invoice which is due within 1 month from receiving your order. For anything else relating to payment such as payment plans, please contact us prior to placing your order.
